Manufacturing
Instruments are manufactured under an ISO 9001 quality system and carry CE marking. Documentation to support incoming inspection and supplier qualification is available on request.
Stray-light calibration
For applications where stray light limits the measurement, such as trace absorbance, thin-film work and any measurement of a small signal beside a large one, Evolve offers a spectrometer-specific stray-light calibration that can be added to any instrument. It is recommended for measurements that use the last percent of the dynamic range.
Wavelength calibration
Every instrument ships with wavelength, linearity and intensity calibration parameters stored in on-board flash. Recalibration and certificate services are available.
Software and SDK
SpectraSmart software ships with every instrument, along with an SDK for integration into customer applications. Optional UART spectral control boards with USB communication are supplied pre-loaded and can shorten a development cycle considerably.
Supply and lifecycle
Long-term availability is treated as a specification. Instruments are designed into products for a decade or more, and Evolve plans its product lines to remain available for the life of the customer's product. Lifecycle commitments can be documented in writing during the quotation process.
